A note about customer service: This last week I have continually been dissapointed with the service from a major company (yes I'm talking to you BT...) The service at ELF reminded me just how good customer service can and should be. I am beyond impressed. Around noon yesterday I tried to place an order. The computer refused to recognise my address so I rang their customer service line. The lady who answered was extremely pleasant and helpful and took my number so that she could ring me back with a solution. Within the hour she rang me back, sorted the problem and asked me to email her as soon as I was done with the order number so that she could speak to the warehouse to ensure they had my address correct. Shortly after this I had confirmation emails from both herself and the warehouse assuring me the address was correct and that my order had been packaged and dispatched!
It gets better! I ordered this yesterday afternoon then settled down for the long and anxious wait for my parcel to arrive. IT CAME THIS MORNING! This was free standard delivery. I ordered:
2 x Brightening eye pencils (coffee and ash.They both come with their own sharpeners!)
Clarifying pressed powder
Flirty eyelash palette
Total face brush
Blushing/ bronzing brush
Lip defining brush
Compact + 4 blush inserts for it
All over colour stick
Mineral eyeshadow primer
Mineral lipstick (bare brown)
Cream eyeshadow duo
Another blush...
