I’m not entirely sure how this is supposed to ‘help skin
recover from the days aggressions and strengthen its natural defences every
night’. All I know is that it’s a moisturiser, and a pretty nice one at that.
The packaging looks slightly cheap but then it is cheap so I’m
not complaining. It’s a plastic tub which is travel friendly and lightweight.
My skin has been freaking out lately. That one hot as hell
week followed by weeks of miserable and cold weather mean that it can’t decide
whether it wants to go full on summery oily or if it wants to go back to being
winter dry again. So it’s kind of done both. Fun times! This has a strange
texture. It feels very ‘wet’ and has a lot of slip so I don’t need a lot to
cover my face. It sinks in quickly on my dry bits, less so on my oily bits, but
by the morning there is no greasy residue. It hydrates my skin really well
without clogging up the oilier areas.
The only thing I’m not keen on is the smell. It’s quite
strong, although I’m not sure what it smells of exactly, and it lingers for a
little while on the skin. I just personally prefer un fragranced products. For
£7.99 for 50ml it’s inexpensive and it has been working well for my skin. I
certainly prefer this to the day cream which I will be reviewing shortly! X

Might try this, my skin's undecided too. Fairly oily but annoying dry patches around my nose. Attractive. Seen this in Home Bargains for £2.99 think i'll get it :)
ReplyDeleteWow that's a much better price than I paid! Hope it works for you! x
